Sailboat Docking Simulator is a docking and berthing simulator for a sailing yacht under engine, for iPhone, iPad and Android. Ten short lessons explain prop walk, prop wash on the rudder, windage, current set, fenders and mooring lines; fourteen practice sessions let you feel them at the helm.

To help us help you, please mention:

your device and platform (iPhone / iPad / Android) and where you installed the App from (App Store, Google Play or RuStore);
the App version — it is shown at the bottom of Settings;
for purchase issues, which plan you bought (monthly, yearly or lifetime) and roughly when.

What is free and what is paid

Free, forever: all ten lessons with quizzes, the controls tutorial, turning on the spot, backing out of a slot and berthing alongside.

Full access unlocks the other ten practice sessions, including both mooring labs, and weather variants in every session. It is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your store’s currency. Details: Terms of Use.

Restoring purchases

After reinstalling the App or switching to a new device signed in with the same Apple ID, Google or RuStore account, open Settings → Full access → Restore purchases. Purchases belong to your store account, not to the installation, and cannot be moved between stores.

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by the App. Cancelling stops future renewals; Full access stays until the end of the paid period. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or manage subscriptions.
Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or manage subscriptions.
RuStore: RuStore app → Profile → Subscriptions.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store under its own rules: Apple, Google Play, RuStore — via RuStore support. If something goes wrong, write to us and we will help you find the right form.

Frequently asked

The store says it is unavailable. Make sure you are signed in to your store and connected to the internet, then reopen the purchase screen. On Android the App must be installed from Google Play or RuStore; copies installed from other sources cannot make purchases.

I bought Full access but sessions are still locked. Open Settings → Full access → Restore purchases while online. If that does not help, write to us with the details above.

The boat does not do what I expect. Open Help (?) during a session for a tour of the controls and turn on Forces to see what is pushing the boat. The coach’s recent remarks are listed on the pause screen.

How do I reset my progress? Progress is only the lessons you have read and your quiz scores, stored on your device. Uninstalling the App removes it.

Your data

The App collects no personal data: no accounts, no analytics, no ads. The only network activity is your store’s purchase dialog. Details: Privacy Policy.
