This notice covers the website docking-simulator.com (the “Site”). The Sailboat Docking Simulator app itself collects no personal data — see the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising and do not make automated decisions about you.
2. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses analytics only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you click “Decline” or ignore the banner, no analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

3. International transfers
The Site is hosted by Beget LLC in the Russian Federation. Analytics data may be transferred to Russia (Yandex) and to the USA and other countries where Google operates. For transfers from the EU to Russia and the USA outside an adequacy decision or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, the transfer is based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 49(1)(a)); you may be exposed to the risks that such countries do not provide an equivalent level of protection. Cross-border transfer under Law 152-FZ is carried out in accordance with its Article 12.
4. Withdrawing consent
You can change your mind at any time: click Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and choose “Decline”, or clear the cookies for docking-simulator.com in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before it. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and Yandex Metrica opt-out.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Write to mail@ruslan.cc; we will answer within 30 days (10 working days for requests under Law 152-FZ). You can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Russia — Roskomnadzor).
6. Security
The Site is served only over HTTPS. Access to server logs and analytics accounts is limited to the Developer.
7. Changes
We may update this notice; the current version with its effective date is always published at this address.
